Like physical fitness, Spiritual Fitness involves desire, dedication, and discipline - one day of exercise is not enough to keep you fit for the rest of the year. It requires constant practice to be effective.
We know that It enables you to define your spiritual values and find meaningful ways to understand and deal with life while expressing your true purpose in an ever-changing world.
This program, based on the book by Caroline Reynolds, is designed to help you develop a positive mindset and attitude toward life, allowing you to live your highest truth.
Spiritual fitness means living in alignment with what matters most to you, no matter what life throws your way.
Spiritual Fitness is not about what you do, but about who you are in your day-to-day dealings. During this seven-week course, Rhona will help you focus on unravelling the truth of who you are and how you can begin living the life you desire. It means living your highest truth and trusting in a higher power that fills your life with courage and hope.
