✨ Two daily 30-minute Yoga classes (14 in total), taught live via Zoom

• 7 morning practices at 6:30 am PST weekdays,

7:30 am PST on the weekends.
Begin your day with clarity, intention, and simple tools to help you stay present, grounded, and aligned no matter what unfolds.

• 7 evening practices at 8:00 pm PST
Gentle, nourishing sessions focused on gratitude, helping you unwind and prepare for a restful, peaceful sleep.

How long is the program, and when does it start?

The 7-day course starts on May 3rd.

Can I make up sessions that I may miss due to "life happening?"

The program is created for a 7-day period. The recording is available if you are unable to make the live class.

 

What is my time commitment per week?

With the exception of the two daily classes, 30 minutes daily is recommended for homework, journalling, focusing, and intention-making.  

Is there anything outside of the course that can help me achieve my goals between the calls to help make it more successful?

Everything you will need to gain momentum is included in the course.
