Gingerbread Cookie Shake
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or Skim milk
1 scoop of your favourite vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 sprinkle ground cloves
1- 6oz. cup greek yogurt -vanilla or plain
4 ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients together
Makes 1 serving
