Using the various pieces of equipment, timing protocols and intervals, and our signature Pilates moves, you'll experience a new way to challenge your body for maximum, sustained success. The last 10 minutes will be focused on stretching the body and bringing it and your mind to a relaxed state, creating a happier, healthier YOU!

This amazing workout is a muscular strength and endurance program fusing the best of Pilates exercises with small pieces of equipment.
The exercise sequences will help you generate strength gains, improve your cardiovascular endurance and posture, increase flexibility, and sculpt and tone your whole body.
