This awesome class takes your Pilates skills to the next level using a large stability ball and light weights. Blending classic Pilates moves with strength training and functional core exercises, it's a great way to work the entire body and have fun while doing it!
MAT PILATES - Thursdays: 5:30 pm PST
This amazing workout is a muscular strength and endurance program fusing the best of Pilates exercises with small pieces of equipment.
The exercise sequences will help you generate strength gains, improve your cardiovascular endurance and posture, increase flexibility, and sculpt and tone your whole body.


ANTARAKA YOGA - Tuesdays/Thursdays: 3:30 pm PST
A wonderful class created by Rhona combining Pilates and Yoga to help you connect to your inner core and create a balanced body from the inside out. An awesome workout to help you get strong, improve your flexibility, mobility, posture, and balance. It is for EVERY BODY.
