I have been doing Rhona's core essential workout for a couple of weeks now and love it. Prior to that I was just going on YouTube and doing various pilates workouts. Rhona's workout covers all the basics and her instruction is clear and easy to follow. You can feel your body strengthening and improving after only a couple of weeks.
