Prep time: 10 minutes cooking time: 15-20 minutes pre-heat oven 350 ℉
3 bananas, mashed
2 cups quick cooking oatmeal
½ cup raisins or craisins
1/3 cup apple sauce
¼ cup of your favourite milk (I use unsweetened coconut milk)
1 tsp. each of vanilla and cinnamon
¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking oil. Mix all ingredients together. Scoop out a ¼ cup mixture onto cookie sheet for each cookie, 1 inch apart, and slightly flatten with a fork.
Bake 15-20 minutes. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
Store in the fridge in a covered container
