for inspiring short and sweet yoga practices,
learning how to bring BALANCE into your life so you can live each day to the fullest.
Over the past 2 years, COVID - 19 has been stressful for many of us. The constant changes that we have had to bring into our lives, the feelings of isolation, the loneliness that some of us have had to endure, and now, with the ending of the pandemic in sight, some of us are asking the question: "what do I do now?" "how do I bring in a new way of living?" What we knew before is gone; it is finally time to live the life YOU want to live!
Join me on this new journey of self discovery so that I can show
you how you can relax and bring some peace, calm, and clarity
into your daily life. Participate in these short practices at
your own pace and from the comfort of your very own home,
preparing you for the day ahead.
The classes will be 30-45 minutes long and will be a variety of different yoga styles; Hatha, Yin, Flow, and Antaraka Yoga (Yoga/Pilates fusion), Meditation and more. These classes will combine the 7 principles of B.A.L.A.N.C.E. , bringing you the tools
to help you create the life you want to live.
These classes have been designed to help you re-balance your life and put you on the path of discovery to a new you, the you that
has always been there, and perhaps has gotten lost in the shuffle
of life.
You will also learn a simple, yet life-changing, technique to help
you bring your desires to fruition.
These classes are suitable for EVERY BODY.

The live-stream yoga classes, via Facebook live, gives you the freedom to participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
What's included in the classes:

Two weekly yoga classes (12 in total) taught via fB:

All morning practices (6:30 am PST) to help you begin your day with clarity, and tools to help you stay present, no matter what situation arises

Access to a private Facebook community for online support, motivation, and encouragement.
