During this online week-long retreat, you will learn the 7 principles
of B.A.L.A.N.C.E. and receive the tools to help you create the life
you want to live.
This retreat has been designed to help you re-balance your life and put you on the path of discovery to a new you, the you that has always been there, and perhaps has gotten lost in the shuffle of life.
You will also learn a simple, yet life-changing, technique to help
you bring your desires to fruition.
This retreat is suitable for EVERY BODY.
The live-stream yoga classes, via Facebook live and Zoom, gives you the freedom to participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.

Two daily yoga classes (14 in total) taught via fB and zoom:
7 morning practices (6:00 am PST) to help you begin your day with clarity, and tools to help you stay present, no matter what situation arises
7 wonderful short evening practices (8:00 pm PST) focusing on gratitude and preparing you for a restful sleep.
