How long is the program, and when does it start?

The 7-week course starts when you are ready! We will meet once a week for seven weeks.

Can I make up sessions that I may miss due to "life happening?"

The program is created for a 7-week period, but I understand that life does happen. A 24-hour notice is required to re-schedule the session.

Can I get help with registering?

You most definitely can! I am here to help you every step of the way.

What is my time commitment per week?

With the exception of each weekly call, 1 hour daily is recommended for homework, journalling, focusing, and intention-making.
